What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including detailed variance analysis and performance tracking.
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
• Partner with senior leadership and business unit managers to provide data-driven insights for performance improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and external regulatory requirements.
• Track and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
• Previous experience in a corporate finance environment, preferably within a growing organization.
• Must be based in the United States.
