Salary: $22.50/hour base plus commission

What you will do
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound cold calls, email, and inbound inquiries.
- Execute 75–100 outbound calls daily to meet lead generation quotas.
- Manage call campaigns and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.
- Participate in the Sales Professional Development Program to advance sales expertise.
Requirements
- Must be based near Raleigh, NC
- Strong written, oral, and phone communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve measurable goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in outbound sales or call centers.
- Ability to learn and articulate product solutions and benefits quickly.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and motivated team player.
