TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Expanding hirify.global's client base by researching and targeting prospective accounts to create new business opportunities with an accent on strategic account mapping and high-level client engagement. Focus on building relationships, qualifying leads, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive sales growth.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days per week onsite in Raleigh office

Salary: $55,000–$65,000

What you will do

  • Expand client base by researching and targeting prospective accounts to create new selling opportunities
  • Identify and create cross-selling opportunities within customer accounts
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, adhering to follow-up SLAs
  • Use creative communications to increase customer interest in hirify.global products
  • Book qualification and discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts

Requirements

  • Must work 3 days per week onsite in Raleigh office
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in creating new connections and building relationships
  • Interest in technical SaaS sales
  • Sales training and experience with Outreach & Sales Navigator are a plus
  • Outbound lead generation experience is a plus
