Location: Must be based in the US (Chicago office or remote within the lower 48 states)

Salary: $180,000–$210,000

What you will do

  • Develop and implement long-term and short-term marketing and communications strategies.
  • Drive connectivity and communication between the home office and field leadership.
  • Analyze enterprise-wide data to inform strategic recommendations for field execution.
  • Lead the development of campaigns, programs, and resources to address community marketing gaps.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to build momentum and accelerate results.
  • Oversee crisis communications in local markets and enforce brand integrity throughout the chapter network.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (lower 48 states).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience leading marketing and communications at local and national levels.
  • Strong background in advertising campaigns, earned/paid media, and consumer campaign development.
  • Proven experience in volunteer marketing, recruitment, and development.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% and work occasional evenings/weekends.
