What you will do

• Manage research objectives, methodologies, and logistics, including developing proposals and discussion guides.
• Analyze research findings to summarize insights and identify strategic implications.
• Perform in-depth category and competitive analyses for both HCP and DTC segments.
• Develop customer journeys to identify pain points and uncover attitudes and behaviors.
• Formulate positioning statements and draft creative briefs to inform brand communication.
• Contribute to pitch deck development and lead workshop materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in market research and strategic planning within the healthcare industry.
• Experience working with both Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) audiences.
• Proficiency in conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Ability to develop positioning statements, creative briefs, and customer journeys.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support a hybrid work arrangement.
