Salary: $75,000 – $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of customer wants, needs, and behaviors across the full healthcare journey.
• Lead omnichannel engagement strategy, connecting strategic goals to specific channels like social, CRM, and paid media.
• Translate complex insights into actionable strategies and tactics for healthcare brands.
• Collaborate with Medical, Creative, and Client Engagement teams to drive business and brand strategy.
• Mentor junior strategists and provide guidance for their professional growth.
• Partner with leadership on workshop planning, measurement strategy, and new business pitches.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in market research and strategic planning within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful engagement and omnichannel strategies.
• Deep understanding of HCP and DTC marketing dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
