Location: Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL; Kansas City, MO; or New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)
Salary: $75,000 – $180,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop deep understanding of customer wants, needs, and behaviors across the full healthcare journey.
- Lead omnichannel engagement strategy, connecting strategic goals to specific channels like social, CRM, and paid media.
- Translate complex insights into actionable strategies and tactics for healthcare brands.
- Collaborate with Medical, Creative, and Client Engagement teams to drive business and brand strategy.
- Mentor junior strategists and provide guidance for their professional growth.
- Partner with leadership on workshop planning, measurement strategy, and new business pitches.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in market research and strategic planning within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful engagement and omnichannel strategies.
- Deep understanding of HCP and DTC marketing dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
