Salary: $60,000 — $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Analyze data and translate it into concise, compelling stories and client presentations.
• Lead the development of channel-specific strategies including social, CRM, websites, paid media, and apps.
• Utilize analytical frameworks, data tools, and segmentation studies to develop engagement profiles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve issues and deliver key project components.
• Support pitch strategies by synthesizing research insights.
• Develop stimuli for workshops and craft messaging and content strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in market research and strategic planning, specifically within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of executing engagement strategies across social media, CRM, and paid media.
• Ability to interpret complex data from primary research and syndicated sources into narratives.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and identifying user pain points.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of HCP (Healthcare Professional) and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing.
