What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase FIRDAPSE awareness and adoption within the community oncology segment.
• Lead omnichannel promotional campaigns across print, digital, and in-person channels.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales, medical affairs, and market research teams.
• Represent the brand at key community oncology conferences and industry events.
• Oversee relationships with agency partners, consultants, and advocacy organizations.
• Monitor budget performance and prepare strategic presentations for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Deep understanding of HCP and patient marketing in community oncology.
• Proven ability to translate market data and competitive insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time, including evenings and weekends.
