What you will do
- Audit and optimize the existing sales stack, pipeline, and messaging.
- Design and implement a repeatable, scalable sales process to triple revenue.
- Lead from the front by participating in active sales cycles to accelerate high-value deals.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent.
- Partner with marketing to build a predictable lead generation engine for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Unify Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to maximize net revenue retention.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-growth B2B SaaS revenue teams.
- Player-coach mentality with the ability to design strategy and execute cold-calls.
- Experience in consulting or entering organizations as an advisor to deliver immediate ROI.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of coaching and managing high-performance teams.
- Active fluency in leveraging AI tools to drive growth and team efficiency.
