What you will do

  • Source and qualify prospects using outbound strategies including cold email, phone, and social selling.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with founders, CEOs, and talent agents across creator ecosystems.
  • Run discovery calls and demos connecting the platform to specific business models like VOD monetization or churn reduction.
  • Own the full sales cycle and consistently exceed monthly pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for activity logs and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to optimize outreach quality and messaging.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with a core focus on outbound prospecting.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch and hitting quotas.
  • High proficiency in cold outreach and handling objections.
  • Genuine interest in the creator economy and business models of content creators.
  • Ability to adjust communication style for different audiences, from bootstrapped creators to corporate executives.
  • Must be based in the US to be eligible for company benefits

Nice to have

  • Experience selling video platforms, membership software, or OTT solutions.
  • Training in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
