What you will do

• Responsible for partner sales targets for the assigned area.
• Conduct 5 POS visits every day.
• Ensure the program in the area runs effectively so sales targets can be met.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather sales performance, competitor insights, and field issues.
• Monitor daily activities of field teams at partners.
• Deliver field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online).

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry.
• Strong retail industry network.
• Ability to work under pressure and with high mobility.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with the client’s sales force.
