What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and building long-term relationships.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic account plans in collaboration with the Business Development team.
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and integration to deliver client solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth merchant operations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and generate regular activity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer success role.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
