TL;DR

Senior Strategist (Automotive): Leading brand strategy development for global automotive and diverse client accounts with an accent on cultural relevance, consumer behavior, and multi-channel campaign integration. Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada. The role follows a hybrid work model with 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $45,000 – $95,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead the development of brand strategies to elevate client positioning across automotive and other sectors.
  • Partner with creative teams to align messaging across integrated campaigns with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze market data and research trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into actionable strategies.
  • Develop KPIs and monitor campaign performance to drive measurable business impact.
  • Provide ongoing thought leadership regarding competitive reviews and luxury trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications planning, or related agency roles.
  • Proven ability to transform data and insights into compelling brand narratives.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and digital ecosystems.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to influence creative ideas and build client trust.
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital platforms, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Must be able to work from the Toronto office 4 days per week.
