TL;DR

Senior Manager, Brand Marketing Strategy (Marketing): Development and implementation of integrated brand and fundraising campaigns with an accent on 360 omnichannel strategy and cross-functional leadership. Focus on translating organizational priorities into insight-led campaigns and managing external agency partners to drive health outcomes for Canadians.

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada). Must be currently residing in and legally entitled to work in Canada.

Salary: $95,000 – $125,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated brand and fundraising campaigns.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Director for annual planning and campaign strategy.
  • Manage external creative and media agencies to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate with Mission, Fundraising, Communications, and Analytics teams to align messaging.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and coordinate French translation processes.
  • Lead talent development and performance management for the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing.
  • Proven track record in planning and implementing 360 omnichannel campaigns.
  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing and using analytics to drive strategy.
  • Must be based in Canada with legal work authorization.
  • University degree in Marketing or Business (preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the Not-for-profit or charity sector.
