What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and managers to foster an ownership-driven and inclusive culture.
• Oversee the management of storage services, including relational and key-value infrastructure at scale.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define architectural roadmaps and project delivery.
• Lead technical decisions and strategy for managing and serving storage workloads.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps to design and implement frameworks for new product needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 10+ years of experience in managing diverse teams and delivering large cross-functional technical programs.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and successful project delivery.
• Depth in cache architecture, lifecycle management, and consistency models.
• Experience operating low-latency, high-throughput storage platforms like Redis, DynamoDB, or MySQL in production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
