What you will do

• Lead and mentor a talented, agile full-stack engineering team.
• Define and enforce high standards for development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Design leads to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of partner content, from portal upload to app presentation.
• Participate in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and post-mortem analysis.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and high performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead with at least 2 years in a formal or informal leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Kotlin, Golang, or Java.
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
