What you will do

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from initial sourcing to contract signing.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Analyze industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advisory.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter.
• Deep understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
• English: Fluent (C1+) required.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin.
