What you will do

• Source and purchase raw materials, parts, and components in line with company policies.
• Manage suppliers, inventory levels, costs, purchase records, and delivery schedules.
• Plan and schedule material procurement to support production demand and target inventory levels.
• Trigger orders and monitor delivery dates, quantities, and current stock levels.
• Provide purchasing support for new product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes using situation and data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, industry regulations and standards, and market trends.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work both collaboratively and independently.
• Strong process-management skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
