Location: Remote work, within the USA (excluding Hawaii).
Compensation: $117,725 – $162,900 USD (depending on location and experience).

What you will do
- Partner with product managers and designers to define and build features that drive meaningful user outcomes.
- Design and iterate on end-to-end product features, connecting backend services with frontend interfaces.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs (REST/GraphQL) and service-to-service interactions.
- Build and refine frontend components using React with a focus on usability and performance.
- Model and manage application data using PostgreSQL to ensure clean, well-structured designs.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical design discussions and team engineering standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building production web applications.
- Must be based in the USA (excluding Hawaii) and able to maintain work authorization without sponsorship.
- Strong experience with backend services, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Strong experience with frontend development using React or similar modern frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end from technical design to implementation and rollout.
- Strong system thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
