TL;DR

Software Engineer, Applications (Fullstack): Building a software and data platform to accelerate access to medical technologies with an accent on end-to-end feature development across web and mobile. Focus on integrating agentic AI development practices, optimizing data-driven insights, and scaling applications for MedTech sales teams.

Location: Must have an eligible work permit in the USA. Available in Boston or Remote (US).

Salary: $105,000 – $300,000 (depending on level: Junior, Mid, Senior, or Staff)

What you will do

  • Develop end-to-end features and workflows across web and mobile platforms for MedTech sales teams.
  • Collaborate with PMs, designers, and customers to shape solutions for complex real-world challenges.
  • Use data insights to identify product enhancements and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Leverage agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate development and innovation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to streamlining internal engineering processes.

Requirements

  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer within a product domain.
  • Fullstack proficiency with TS, React, Node.js, GraphQL, and relational databases (Postgres).
  • Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced, agentic builder environment.
