What you will do

• Design and build tools providing health plan administrators with real-time visibility into claims status and processing outcomes.
• Develop responsive and accessible frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Build and maintain backend services powering monitoring dashboards and management workflows.
• Integrate systems with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Redis.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define monitoring views and alerting workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions for a new product area.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining modern TypeScript frontend applications.
• First-hand experience architecting solutions in React or Next.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and at least one analytical data store (BigQuery preferred).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go or similar strongly-typed compiled languages.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
• Experience with data visualization, reporting products, or Redis.
• Background in health insurance or claims processing.
• Startup experience and proficiency with Terraform/Terraform Cloud.
