Compensation: $185,000 – $225,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Lead initiatives to ship unique AI-enabled care product experiences that improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the ML research team to integrate LLM techniques into clinical agentic frameworks.
• Enhance the physician-facing platform to increase efficiency and clinical capability.
• Architect scalable backend systems, including health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise integrations.
• Drive broad engineering initiatives from conception to completion in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production software development experience, with at least 2 years in a startup or growth company.
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis.
• Experience building at scale for hundreds of thousands of users and enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent industry developments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
