Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and support a digital product suite with a focus on scale and stability.
• Translate business goals from stakeholders into technical architecture and requirements.
• Lead and mentor other software engineers to ensure best engineering practices are followed.
• Produce technical solutions emphasizing scalability, efficiency, maintainability, and extensibility.
• Estimate product scope and timelines using a data-driven, iterative approach.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep experience with frontend applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Node, AWS, and React.
• Experience hosting application services on cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to pivot priorities quickly within a fast-paced, hypergrowth startup environment.
• Experience in healthcare or virtual care is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering mobile digital products to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
