What you will do
- Own a defined portfolio of brand and agency partners with clear retention and growth targets.
- Lead end-to-end renewal processes, including positioning, pricing, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage campaign delivery across internal and external teams to ensure sold outcomes are met.
- Design campaign measurement frameworks and analyze performance to optimize future strategy.
- Build multi-threaded relationships with marketing leads, procurement, and planning teams.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and proactively address pipeline gaps.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia.
- Proven experience in B2B advertising sales account management.
- Track record of owning commercial relationships and hitting retention/growth targets.
- Ability to translate campaign data into strategic recommendations.
- Strong multi-stakeholder management skills across brand and agency contacts.
- Confidence in navigating difficult commercial conversations and objections.
