What you will do

  • Own a defined portfolio of brand and agency partners with clear retention and growth targets.
  • Lead end-to-end renewal processes, including positioning, pricing, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage campaign delivery across internal and external teams to ensure sold outcomes are met.
  • Design campaign measurement frameworks and analyze performance to optimize future strategy.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with marketing leads, procurement, and planning teams.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and proactively address pipeline gaps.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia.
  • Proven experience in B2B advertising sales account management.
  • Track record of owning commercial relationships and hitting retention/growth targets.
  • Ability to translate campaign data into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong multi-stakeholder management skills across brand and agency contacts.
  • Confidence in navigating difficult commercial conversations and objections.
