• Manage pricing, rebates, and compliance for all active builder accounts.
• Monitor market activity and report on trends impacting business performance.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews to ensure system use and compliance.
• Champion health, safety, and quality standards across all professional activities.

Requirements

• Must have experience in the building industry and a proven track record in negotiating supply agreements.
• Strong cold-calling and relationship-building capabilities.
