Salary: $16.11–$29.86 per hour

What you will do

• Schedule and prioritize production orders to ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Manage material flow, including Kanban processes, stocking, and inventory replenishment.
• Lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and material shortages.
• Coordinate with production associates and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain production tracking tools and monitor service level metrics.
• Support team development, staffing coverage, and adherence to ISO quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 20–35 pounds and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Basic computer proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Must be able to work onsite in Fairport, NY.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in electrical panel assembly.
• Experience in material handling, inventory control, or Kanban systems.
