What you will do

• Operate production machines dedicated to secure card personalization and mailing services.
• Coordinate material delivery to workstations and retrieve daily work files.
• Monitor and report inventory levels for essential production materials like envelopes and blank paper.
• Perform rigorous quality inspections of produced materials to meet organizational standards.
• Maintain production records using Microsoft Excel and report operational concerns.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment in adherence to compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant or similar multi-tasking environment.
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to spend 75% of the workday standing or walking.
• Basic computer skills, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm - 10:00pm) and overtime as needed.
