What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle industrialization and new product introduction, ensuring readiness across all phases.
• Manage a team of approximately 15 employees, ensuring strong execution and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, acting as the primary voice of suppliers within product teams.
• Monitor and report on Cost of Goods roadmaps in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solve QLTC (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost) issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Apply Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering methodologies to meet introduction timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in a complex organization.
• At least 2 years of experience in new product introductions, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume OEM environment.
• Proven track record in project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong analytical, structural, and organizational skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
