TL;DR

Account Manager (B2B Advertising): Managing a portfolio of brand and agency partners to drive retention and growth within the LATAM market with an accent on end-to-end renewal processes and campaign performance analysis. Focus on turning campaign data into strategic recommendations, leading QBRs, and building multi-threaded client relationships.

Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo, Brazil (requires 3 days per week on-site)

Salary: R$230K – R$250K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Own a defined portfolio of brand and agency partners with clear retention and growth targets.
  • Lead end-to-end renewal processes, including positioning, pricing, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage campaign delivery across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Design measurement frameworks and analyze challenge performance to optimize outcomes and build renewal cases.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to connect campaign results to brand business objectives.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, including marketing leads, procurement, and planning teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B advertising sales account management with a track record of owning commercial relationships.
  • Demonstrated success hitting retention and growth targets across a book of business.
  • Experience leading renewals and upsell conversations independently.
  • Ability to translate campaign data into strategic recommendations.
  • Confidence in navigating difficult commercial conversations and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, for a hybrid work model (3 days on-site).
