Salary: $68,100 – $94,600 (Base), $136,200 – $189,100 (OTE) per year

What you will do
- Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of growth customers to achieve upsell and renewal targets.
- Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Success, Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to drive customer value.
- Maintain deep expertise in product features and industry trends in consumer engagement.
- Communicate customer feedback to the product team to influence the development roadmap.
- Coordinate with Account Executives to transition clients from onboarding to ongoing service usage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience renewing and expanding SaaS contracts with typical deal sizes between $25k and $500k/year.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to navigate organizations and identify decision-makers within the SMB customer segment.
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM or similar pipeline management tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS sales specifically for Mobile or Marketing Technology.
- Experience selling email, analytics, CRM, or content marketing solutions.
