Location: San Francisco. Hybrid or Remote options available for candidates based in the United States.

Salary: $68,100 – $94,600 (Base), $136,200 – $189,100 (OTE) per year

What you will do

  • Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of growth customers to achieve upsell and renewal targets.
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify and execute growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Success, Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to drive customer value.
  • Maintain deep expertise in product features and industry trends in consumer engagement.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product team to influence the development roadmap.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to transition clients from onboarding to ongoing service usage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience renewing and expanding SaaS contracts with typical deal sizes between $25k and $500k/year.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to navigate organizations and identify decision-makers within the SMB customer segment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM or similar pipeline management tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS sales specifically for Mobile or Marketing Technology.
  • Experience selling email, analytics, CRM, or content marketing solutions.
