TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Enterprise SaaS): Managing and expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients to maximize value from the hirify.global platform with an accent on cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account growth. Focus on driving quarterly revenue targets, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, and presenting value propositions to executive stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 OTE (including base salary of $90,000–$100,000)

What you will do

  • Expand customer relationships in partnership with Account Executives, focusing on closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify white space and growth potential within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Product, and Legal to drive feature adoption.
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewal targets for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Present value propositions and strategic roadmaps to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Travel occasionally for onsite customer engagements and relationship building.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or Account Management, specifically in quota-carrying roles.
  • Experience working with large enterprise companies (2,000+ employees).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate value to executive teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Office and MS Office suites.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology.
  • Prior experience in a startup technology environment.
