Senior Account Manager (Enterprise SaaS): Managing and expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients to maximize value from the platform with an accent on cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account growth. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 OTE (including base salary of $90,000–$100,000)

What you will do
- Expand customer relationships in partnership with Account Executives, focusing on closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze customer product usage to identify white space and growth potential within existing enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Product, and Legal to drive feature adoption.
- Achieve quarterly upsell and renewal targets for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Present value propositions and strategic roadmaps to executive-level stakeholders.
- Travel occasionally for onsite customer engagements and relationship building.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or Account Management, specifically in quota-carrying roles.
- Experience working with large enterprise companies (2,000+ employees).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate value to executive teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Office and MS Office suites.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
