What you will do

• Lead daily production floor operations, including scheduling, staffing, training, and troubleshooting.
• Coach and develop team members through periodic work performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate departmental activities to meet manufacturing schedules and increase overall equipment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with inter- and intra-departmental staff to improve productivity and quality standards.
• Drive lean manufacturing efforts (6S, Kaizen) to reduce waste and improve products.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proven ability in coaching and development of people.
• Working knowledge of Lean tools such as 6S and Kaizen.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
