What you will do
- Lead upstream product development for the ASTRA enabling technologies platform, focusing on knee arthroplasty solutions.
- Identify unmet clinical needs and translate surgeon feedback into product requirements and development priorities.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, clinical, commercial, operations, and supply chain teams from concept through launch.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments to identify opportunities in surgical enabling technologies.
- Maintain product roadmaps, gap analyses, forecasts, and portfolio planning materials.
- Support product positioning, launches, training materials, sales tools, technical documentation, and field readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, data science, computer science, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or medical device sales, including at least 3 years in medical device marketing or equivalent sales experience.
- Clinical exposure to or involvement in technology-enabled knee arthroplasty.
- Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment and working with global teams.
- Must already have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship.
