What you will do

• Manage commercial and strategy consultancy projects within the Power & Renewables sector across Americas markets.
• Act as Project Manager by setting detailed project plans and coordinating team execution to meet milestones.
• Lead complex analysis of commodity markets and project economics, utilizing industry research and expertise.
• Develop and present compelling strategic recommendations for senior-level client audiences.
• Train and coach junior team members on consulting tasks to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Boston office.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, or engineering (top-tier Master's or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or energy-focused strategic/commercial roles.
• Proven experience in project management and maintaining senior client relationships.
• Deep understanding of the energy value chain, power markets, and the energy transition.
• Strong command of financial and commercial concepts and business strategies.
