Senior Strategy Manager

Senior Strategy Manager (Strategy): Leading complex, cross-functional strategic projects and organizational transformation initiatives with an accent on evidence-based problem solving and stakeholder engagement. Location: Must be based in the USA (New York, NY HQ). Role may require working remotely full or part-time.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Manage and oversee large, complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Generate actionable, evidence-based insights and user-centric solutions for organizational challenges.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions and validate recommendations with senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and developmental feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to drive organizational transformation and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in strategy, consulting, or project management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in a strategy consulting firm or strategy development function.
• MBA or Master’s degree in international development, human rights, or related field.
• Experience in a humanitarian or development organization.
• Knowledge of French, Arabic, or Spanish.
