TL;DR

Senior Product Marketing Manager (Product Marketing): Owning the global product narrative, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle marketing for a high-growth travel tech portfolio. Focus on driving product adoption, engagement, and monetization through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, and CRM teams.

Location: Must be based in and possess valid work authorization for the UK or Spain.

What you will do

  • Define and maintain clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks for B2C and B2B segments.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and market expansions.
  • Design lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive activation, engagement, and retention based on behavioral data.
  • Partner with Product Management on roadmap planning to ensure marketing integration from the early stages.
  • Equip cross-functional teams with positioning guides, competitive battlecards, and product training materials.
  • Synthesize market research and customer feedback to serve as the internal voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth tech, consumer, or marketplace companies.
  • Must be based in and have valid work authorization for the UK or Spain.
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end GTM strategy for complex or global products.
  • Strong ability to distill complex products into clear, compelling messaging for diverse global audiences.
  • Data-fluent with experience using analytics and research to drive decisions and measure impact.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Growth, CRM, Sales, and Support.

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel, mobile, fintech, or marketplace businesses.
  • Experience managing both B2C and B2B products.
  • Global experience managing products and users across multiple regions.
