What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Own and process US payroll while acting as the primary contact for external providers and internal teams.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and provide day-to-day support to staff.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and ATS systems and prepare HR metrics and reporting.
  • Coordinate US employment-based immigration and mobility processes with external counsel.
  • Partner with local leadership and the global People Team on regional and international HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist role.
  • Working knowledge of US employment law.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance audits.
  • Familiarity with US immigration processes and working with legal counsel.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS/ATS platforms like HiBob and Greenhouse.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with a PEO such as ADP TotalSource.
  • Background in global, multi-functional businesses.
  • Experience in mid-size organizations (200–500 employees).
  • Exposure to financial services, commodities, or technology sectors.
