TL;DR

Senior People Operations Generalist (AI): Managing day-to-day people operations including onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement with an accent on multi-state compliance and data-driven HR strategy. Focus on optimizing the employee lifecycle, managing benefits administration, and reporting key HR metrics to drive leadership decisions.

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office based out of the Boston Office)

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 base annually

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including HRIS administration, I9s, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure multi-state compliance, including EEOC reporting and leave of absence management.
  • Manage employee engagement and pulse surveys, facilitate ERGs, and lead recognition programs.
  • Administer employee benefits and partner with vendors to resolve open items.
  • Develop and report monthly and quarterly HR and recruiting metrics to inform leadership decisions.
  • Support recruiting efforts and employer branding initiatives during peak periods.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR or People Operations experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.
  • Required experience in multi-state compliance, benefits administration, and managing leave of absences.
  • Proven experience managing employee engagement programs and running manager trainings.
  • Demonstrated ability to track and analyze HR metrics to drive a data-focused people strategy.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Boston office (1-2 days per week).

Nice to have

  • Experience with payroll administration.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
