What you will do
- Lead the evolution of the global People Operations operating model to improve scalability, consistency, and employee experience.
- Drive AI enablement and automation strategy to streamline repeatable operational work across the employee lifecycle.
- Own the HRIS strategy, systems optimization, and data governance to ensure a reliable operational infrastructure.
- Design and scale global compensation frameworks, including job architecture, leveling, and market benchmarking.
- Oversee global payroll, benefits administration, and vendor strategy across multiple regions.
- Partner with Finance and executive leadership on workforce investment decisions and organizational design.
Requirements
- Experience leading global People Operations, Total Rewards, and HR systems in a complex, global environment.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, and annual compensation planning processes.
- Proven track record of modernizing HR operational architecture and implementing HRIS optimizations.
- Must be based in the US (specifically Eastern or Central time zones).
- Ability to operate as the primary compensation subject matter expert for the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital transformation or AI implementation in HR.

- Experience operating in high-growth, transformation-oriented, or rapidly scaling environments.
- Experience with AI-driven HR support capabilities and workflow automation.
