What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the global People Operations operating model to improve scalability, consistency, and employee experience.
• Drive AI enablement and automation strategy to streamline repeatable operational work across the employee lifecycle.
• Own the HRIS strategy, systems optimization, and data governance to ensure a reliable operational infrastructure.
• Design and scale global compensation frameworks, including job architecture, leveling, and market benchmarking.
• Oversee global payroll, benefits administration, and vendor strategy across multiple regions.
• Partner with Finance and executive leadership on workforce investment decisions and organizational design.

Requirements

• Experience leading global People Operations, Total Rewards, and HR systems in a complex, global environment.
• Deep expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, and annual compensation planning processes.
• Proven track record of modernizing HR operational architecture and implementing HRIS optimizations.
• Must be based in the US (specifically Eastern or Central time zones).
• Ability to operate as the primary compensation subject matter expert for the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with digital transformation or AI implementation in HR.
