What you will do

• Manage short-term materials availability and monitor supplier performance indicators to secure supply for factories and the field.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Inbound Supply Chain Management between suppliers and internal customers.
• Analyze supplier trends and demand changes to implement concrete actions, including supply investigations and replenishment optimization.
• Lead and participate in operational improvement projects using LEAN methodologies like 4C/A3 problem solving.
• Coach and train suppliers on the use of hirify.global-designed systems, portals, processes, and tools.
• Perform analysis and reporting on Materials Availability and MRP logic dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments.
• Experience with planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Inbound Supply Chain Management processes and materials planning.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience applying LEAN 4C/A3 problem solving techniques in a professional setting.
