What you will do

• Maintain product information in PIM systems, including SKU creation and attribute management.
• Process special order purchase orders and manage product costing and dimensions.
• Coordinate store opening tasks, including transfer setups and tag generation.
• Collaborate with materials, buying, and planning teams to ensure availability of parts and swatches.
• Manage time-sensitive deliveries for marketing photo shoots and mock store reviews.
• Support buyers with special projects such as competitor recaps and assortment board creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Boston Heights, OH.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in retail inventory software.
• Previous customer service or retail experience.
