What you will do

  • Lead strategic relationships with customers and brokers, owning the annual renewal process end-to-end.
  • Organize and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and provide strategic advice on benefits.
  • Facilitate smooth customer transitions from the Implementation team to ensure long-term success.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and broker to internal product, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Partner with Sales to expand and retain brokerage relationships.
  • Research and document internal processes and best practices to educate the wider team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in a fast-growing health or benefits environment.
  • Licensed broker.
  • Understanding of health plan operations and finances is a significant plus.
  • Bias for action, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Must be based in the United States.
