What you will do
- Lead strategic relationships with customers and brokers, owning the annual renewal process end-to-end.
- Organize and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and provide strategic advice on benefits.
- Facilitate smooth customer transitions from the Implementation team to ensure long-term success.
- Act as the voice of the customer and broker to internal product, operations, and marketing teams.
- Partner with Sales to expand and retain brokerage relationships.
- Research and document internal processes and best practices to educate the wider team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in a fast-growing health or benefits environment.
- Licensed broker.
- Understanding of health plan operations and finances is a significant plus.
- Bias for action, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Must be based in the United States.
