What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for partner-managed recurring revenue to ensure high retention.
  • Build and maintain accurate renewal forecasts and identify churn risks early.
  • Define and operationalize partner health scoring frameworks and monitor value realization.
  • Lead QBR cadence and governance processes to maintain partner alignment.
  • Drive adoption strategies and success plans tailored to partner outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Channel Account Managers and Enablement teams to resolve escalations and support transitions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management within channel ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of partner renewal processes, forecasting, and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to navigate matrixed environments and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
