TL;DR

What you will do

  • Monitor and manage customer outcomes using Gainsight, Salesforce, and internal analytics.
  • Develop account plans and customer growth strategies in collaboration with Sales Executives.
  • Track and demonstrate customer value metrics and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage all contract renewals and conduct regular quarterly pulse checks and annual reviews.
  • Act as the primary internal escalation point for issues regarding customer contracts and invoices.
  • Identify and secure growth opportunities and customer references within the assigned base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership or within the revenue cycle management (RCM) function of a hospital.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-60%.
  • Executive presence and strong presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Deep experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
  • Knowledge of hirify.global products or competitive solutions in the market.
  • Experience using Gainsight.
  • Professional involvement with HFMA.
