What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship and strategy owner for multi-national employer partners with 90,000+ lives.
- Lead C-suite conversations and presentations using data-driven storytelling to influence stakeholders.
- Craft bespoke business reviews that demonstrate VOI and ROI for large-scale renewals.
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and data science teams to align Lyra's roadmap with customer goals.
- Identify and mitigate portfolio risks while proactively seizing growth opportunities.
- Drive effective employee engagement strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 15+ years of experience in customer success, preferably within HR, benefits, or healthcare.
- Proven ability to analyze large, multi-variable data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Experience acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
- Strong project management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel (10%).
