What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship and strategy owner for multi-national employer partners with 90,000+ lives.
  • Lead C-suite conversations and presentations using data-driven storytelling to influence stakeholders.
  • Craft bespoke business reviews that demonstrate VOI and ROI for large-scale renewals.
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, and data science teams to align Lyra's roadmap with customer goals.
  • Identify and mitigate portfolio risks while proactively seizing growth opportunities.
  • Drive effective employee engagement strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 15+ years of experience in customer success, preferably within HR, benefits, or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to analyze large, multi-variable data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
  • Strong project management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel (10%).

  • Experience championing the use of AI to drive high-level decision-making and pilot complex workflows.
