What you will do

• Own the international SQL number for Europe, LATAM, and Canada.
• Direct channel owners across paid, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, partner, and field marketing.
• Execute hands-on funnel audits, experiment design, and content creation.
• Identify and scale high-impact marketing channels to build brand awareness.
• Act as the international voice within the company, aligning product, compliance, and sales.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or GTM at a B2B fintech, SaaS, or marketplace.
• Must be based in London with strong familiarity with UK business culture.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline growth across multiple international markets.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in funnel math, unit economics, and forecasting.
• Demonstrable AI fluency with specific workflows or tools adopted in daily work.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience launching or scaling a US-headquartered product internationally.
• Background in regulated financial products like cards, payments, or lending.
• Experience with AEO and programmatic SEO as international growth tactics.
• History of building or hiring the first growth function in a new region.
