What you will do

• Define and execute the full marketing strategy for the UK market.
• Build, hire, and lead the local marketing team from the ground up.
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all digital channels.
• Manage performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution.
• Must be based in London, UK.
• Proven track record in scaling marketing and driving measurable growth.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and full-funnel strategy.
• Experience building or leading teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong data literacy and ability to manage budgets and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and Hotjar.
• Experience in brand building, influencer marketing, or partnerships.
• Experience launching or scaling a new market in the UK or Europe.
