What you will do

• Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot to establish the organization's CRM capability.
• Own customer segmentation and targeted communications across a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Partner with Customer Success and Digital teams to create a joined-up customer experience.
• Develop and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns to improve performance.
• Build an evidence-based understanding of customers through data analysis and audience research.
• Manage high-quality communications for banks, fintechs, and government bodies.

Requirements

• Hands-on HubSpot implementation experience is essential.
• Broad marketing communications background with strong CRM and email marketing expertise.
• Experience building customer segmentation strategies and delivering targeted campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to turn engagement data into actionable insights.
• Experience working within regulated or stakeholder-heavy environments such as financial services.
• Location: Must be based in London for a hybrid setup (2 days in office).
