What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business unit leaders, aligning HR strategy with organizational goals.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through separation.
• Provide performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct thorough investigations into complex employee relations matters and advise leadership on resolutions.
• Partner with talent acquisition to manage headcount, capacity, and resource allocation for fast-paced backfills.
• Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and federal/state employment laws.
• Experience working within an IT or Managed Services business environment.
• Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in across all management levels.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
