hirify.global is building a next-generation insurance and financial services platform and is currently the largest insurance platform in Southeast Asia.

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders on team effectiveness, performance management, and daily people decisions.
  • Translate business goals into actionable strategies for hiring, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Manage employee relations and lead performance conversations with sound judgment.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on headcount tracking and people data analysis.
  • Support talent initiatives including onboarding, career development, and internal mobility.
  • Identify risks and trends using people data and feedback to recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong grounding in employee relations, performance management, and talent processes.
  • Ability to provide practical, business-aligned guidance to managers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous situations.
  • Clear communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
